You're welcome to browse this site and contact us through it. Please don't misuse it, for example by sending spam through our forms or trying to break into the site.

We try to keep everything here accurate and up to date, but the content is general information about our services. It isn't a binding offer. The exact scope, price and timeline of any project are set out in the written quote we send you.

Projects and payments

Every project starts with a written quote. Work begins once you've accepted the quote and any agreed advance has been paid. Payment terms, revisions and delivery dates for your project are the ones written in that quote.

Ownership

Once a project is fully paid, you own the final designs and content we made for you, along with your domain and accounts set up in your name. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.

Links to other sites

This site links to our studio websites and to services like Google Maps. We aren't responsible for the content of sites we don't run.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
